Our Process

Innovated Solutions

Over the life of your windows, moisture will accumulate and reduce the efficiency of your insulated glass. With our valve technology and restoration process we can remove the moisture.

The process involves drilling 2 holes in the corner of the glass of your foggy windows, then using special high-pressure solutions, we extract the mosture from between the glass panes. And finally to keep it from returning, we install our venting valve technology to expell and prevent moisture from staying trapped.

The final result is a clean and clear window free of fog and moisture, and dry air between the panes that restores up to 90% of your window's R-value.

Have to say, one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Mike was great to deal with, gave me a very quick quote over the phone, and was actually there that day and completed the work!!
Yes, it can be expensive for the short time it takes them, but ultimately it's saving you a lot of money and hassle that goes with a full unit replacement.
Would recommend to anybody in a heartbeat.

Called Mike, and luckily enuf, he was in the area and he was able to come over and repair my foggy windows. Excellent service. Professional and personable and a good price. I thought I would have to replace my window but I didn’t. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Mike and his son Kent did a great job for the installation of Humidex. They gave a professional suggestion and advice. They followed-up the process as we needed time to clean the space. They scheduled the installation as soon as possible when we were ready for it. The communication with them were pleasant. They sell you what you need rather than peddling their products. This is rare in today’s business activities. Hope we have more family company like Mike and Kent in Halifax.

Very professional. Great communication. We have had windows repaired by them before which was incredible, saved us so much money. Recently though they installed a Humidex for us. It’s honestly a game changer. No more dumping the water of the dehumidifier or having it stop running because it’s full. Uses far less power. It is maintenance free and has made a massive difference in the entire house. The basement is dry feeling everywhere and the funky basement smell is gone. I highly recommend the product and Get The Fog Out.
