Mike and his son Kent did a great job for the installation of Humidex. They gave a professional suggestion and advice. They followed-up the process as we needed time to clean the space. They scheduled the installation as soon as possible when we were ready for it. The communication with them were pleasant. They sell you what you need rather than peddling their products. Very professional. Great communication. We have had windows repaired by them before which was incredible, saved us so much money. Recently though they installed a Humidex for us. It’s honestly a game changer. No more dumping the water of the dehumidifier or having it stop running because it’s full. Uses far less power. It is maintenance free and has made a massive difference in the entire house. The basement is dry feeling everywhere and the funky basement smell is gone.
